CJC1295 – No DAC

What Is CJC1295 – No DAC?
CJC1295 – No DAC is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) designed without a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC). This structural difference results in a shorter duration of biological activity compared with DAC-containing formulations while preserving affinity for the GHRH receptor.
Research has primarily examined its pharmacology, endocrine physiology, and growth hormone signaling, although published human clinical evidence remains relatively limited. (Teichman SL et al., Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism, 2006.)

Current Research
Scientific investigations have focused on receptor pharmacology, pituitary signaling, and endogenous growth hormone regulation.
