TB500

What Is TB500?
TB500 is a synthetic peptide commonly described as being derived from thymosin beta-4, a naturally occurring protein involved in actin regulation and cellular movement. Scientific literature has extensively examined full-length thymosin beta-4 in tissue biology, wound repair, inflammation, and angiogenesis.
However, TB500 is not identical to naturally occurring thymosin beta-4, and findings from studies using the native protein cannot automatically be generalized to TB500.
Published human clinical evidence specifically evaluating TB500 remains limited. (Goldstein AL et al. Ann N Y Acad Sci. 2007; Malinda KM et al. FASEB Journal. 1999.)
