Hexarelin

What Is Hexarelin?
Hexarelin is a synthetic hexapeptide belonging to the family of growth hormone secretagogues (GHS). It activates the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR-1a), also known as the ghrelin receptor, to stimulate endogenous growth hormone release through physiological endocrine pathways. In addition to endocrine research, hexarelin has been investigated for its interactions with cardiovascular tissues and other biological systems in laboratory, animal, and early human studies.
Further research is needed to clarify its long-term clinical significance. (Ghigo E. et al., European Journal of Endocrinology; Bisi G. et al., Journal of Endocrinological Investigation.)

Current Research
Scientific investigations have examined hexarelin in relation to growth hormone physiology, ghrelin receptor biology, and cardiovascular research.
