IGF1-LR3

What Is IGF1-LR3?
IGF1-LR3 (Long Arg3 IGF-1) is a synthetic analogue of insulin-like growth factor-1 that contains structural modifications designed to extend its biological activity compared with native IGF-1.
Researchers have investigated IGF1-LR3 for its interaction with the IGF-1 receptor and downstream cellular signaling pathways involved in growth, metabolism, and tissue biology. Most published evidence originates from laboratory and animal studies, while peer-reviewed human clinical research remains limited. (Jones JI et al., Endocrine Reviews, 1995.)
