Ipamorelin

What Is Ipamorelin?
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide that belongs to the family of growth hormone secretagogues (GHS). Rather than acting on the GHRH receptor, it binds to the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR-1a), also known as the ghrelin receptor, to stimulate endogenous growth hormone release. Early human studies have characterized its pharmacology, while additional research continues to investigate its biological effects, safety profile, and potential applications.
Human clinical evidence remains limited compared with approved peptide therapies.
