Sermorelin

What Is Sermorelin?
Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide consisting of the first 29 amino acids of human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), the biologically active portion responsible for stimulating growth hormone release. Rather than supplying growth hormone directly, sermorelin activates GHRH receptors in the pituitary gland to promote physiological secretion through the body's natural feedback mechanisms.
It has been studied in endocrine research for its pharmacology, diagnostic applications, and effects on growth hormone physiology, although its regulatory status and approved uses vary by jurisdiction. (Thorner MO et al., Journal of Clinical Investigation, 1985; Merck Manual, Growth Hormone Physiology.)

Current Research
Research has examined sermorelin in relation to pituitary physiology, endogenous growth hormone secretion, and endocrine regulation.
